About Me
Why I do what I do-
When my family and I were first starting out, we did many real estate transactions from buying and selling a home which we renovated, putting together a land home package, building a rental property, and more. In these personal real estate transactions, we dealt with 22 different agents. 22! What we found was that we only wanted to work with only 10% of them. Isn't that true with any profession?
While 10% of the real estate agents were phenomenal and did an excellent and complete job for us, 90% didn’t do so well and some of them even cost us dearly by not correctly handling aviodable mishaps during transactions. So what made the 10% stand out? For us, they kept us calm with up to date information, they were a stickler for the details, and they knew how to make the difference in our real estate transactions so that the experience was less stressful, smoother and easier.
I had been raised the daughter of a successful LA real estate attorney, and had not realized how much my upbringing trained me for what I do. In helping my dad look at properties and discussing the various current real estate issues over the years, I gained a solid foundation for the industry.
I decided in 2005 to get my real estate license so I could help as many people as I was able, and I absolutely love being able to do the job that I do for my clients. I believe there is a real need for quality, aggressive real estate professionals in our industry who truly help their clients realize their lifestyle dreams every step of the way.
I absolutely love being able to lead my clients through the process, as it is difficult for the layperson to stay on top of all the complex changes in the real estate world.
I will work to make the difference for you too. I promise.
